Remote Service and Maintenance Agreement

The new eco-eclipse remote monitoring and maintenance service will allow your organisation to be confident that your systems are functioning to the maximum efficiency – without the worry of monitoring them yourselves.

We use our unique eco-eclipse Remote Management System and the eco-eclipse is the only boiler energy management system on the market providing this exceptional facility and service.

What will the service provide?
  • Expert advice is available on all boiler room problems. We will advise when problems are visible from the remote management system software or where we can see problems which need to be investigated.
  • Our technical support will ensure the best level of energy saving possible is being achieved.
  • We provide an additional year’s warranty and guarantee for your eco-eclipse system.
  • GSM remote monitoring of performance management is included. This ensures an uninterrupted stream of temperature data is maintained from each site enabling historical evaluations of hot water and temperature trends.
  • We maintain onboard SIM and GSM service (subject to networks).
  • We provide comprehensive advice regarding the performance of the existing boiler plant equipment in conjunction with the eco-eclipse.
  • Liaison with our maintenance engineers is available 9am-5pm five days a week.
  • We will provide selected firmware and software upgrades.
  • Comprehensive daily and weekly reports are included.
What reports will be provided?

Daily reports include:
Notification of the following faults:

  • when the systems are in bypass
  • when the hot water temperatures have fallen below 50C
  • if there is boiler failure
  • if the boiler flow temperature has been below set point for too long (time configurable)
  • if the internal temperature has been below set point for too long (time configurable)
  • if the HWS temperature has been below set point for too long (time configurable)
  • when the boiler heating system has been switched into "hand" control
  • if there is sensor failure (RF / Pipe Sensor etc)
  • if there is GSM connection failure

Weekly reports include::

  • review of weekly graphs and information
  • provision of a weekly exception report, by site
  • maintenance of a record of performance of sites by weekly downloads
