Energy & Environmental Systems
Energy & Environmental Systems was formed in 1998 to design, manufacture, market and install specialised energy management systems to control wet boiler systems which provide heating and hot water.
These systems utilise the latest technology to reduce the amount of fuel used by clients without any loss of performance – and they incorporate radio transmission capabilities, mobile & landline communications and a unique combination of copyright protected and proven self-learning / self adaptive software algorithms.
It now covers the whole of the UK from its base in Central London and Energy & Environmental is probably now the largest installer of these specialised systems in the UK.
Energy & Environment’s strengths are
-
Systems which have been proven in difficult environments ranging from supermarket groups to care homes, hospitals, hotels, schools and local authorities.
- It’s unique own copyright self learning software.
- And its technical team headed by the vastly-experienced Dave Stow, who is one of the leading experts on control systems in the UK, particularly those addressed at the requirements of boiler rooms.
- Savings achieved of over 20% per annum are not uncommon
- The very high return on capital employed, generally in excess of 50% per annum
- Systems which will still make substantial savings even where a BMS exists
- And which mitigate gas price increases - 100% since 2003 and still rising
- Its Clients which range from supermarket groups like Tesco (for whom they have installed over 400 systems); Care Home Groups like Barchester Healthcare, Somerset Care and Central & Cecil; , hospitals as diverse St Christopher's Hospice, Newham General Hospital and The Heart Hospital; Local Authorities ranging from London Boroughs like Camden and Islington to Local Boroughs like Brighton & Hove Council and Colchester Borough Council; schools like Croesyceiliog School and St Benedicts and hotels like Queens Moat House and Holiday Inns.
