"Our systems, together with our tailor-made funding schemes, enable schools to reduce energy consumption without any loss of heating performance and immediately release cash to spend elsewhere in the school" Croesyceiliog School, a large secondary school in Cwmbran, is cutting its gas consumption for heating and hot water by up to 25% that's equivalent to a saving of about £9,000 without any loss of performance in their heating system and with little or no extra time spent by the staff at the school.
As a result the school is also taking a lead in cutting harmful greenhouse gas emissions and perhaps more importantly, the school is able to release these funds immediately to spend elsewhere in the school, maybe even on other educational; items such as computers and books. This has all been achieved by the installation of E&E's systems, where all installation costs can be met out of a school's existing heating budget, therefore causing no additional burden on the school's finances.
Other schools can take advantage of the same opportunity. E&E offers a free no-obligation survey to determine by how much schools can improve the energy efficiency of their heating systems, and also help their finances.
Subject to the survey, Energy & Environmental should be able to guarantee to reduce a school's energy consumption by at least 10%, although the actual savings will almost certainly be much higher, probably nearer to 20%, or even more, as at Croesyceiliog School.
