• The test showed a saving of 28.8% in heating fuel used.
• The heating cost was £13,000 per annum.
• The saving in the cost of heating fuel is therefore £3,744 per annum.
• The return on capital exceeded 100%.

• London Borough of Lambeth - Office block in Brixton with a Trend BMS. Test demonstrated an additional saving of 16%

• Queens Moat Houses – Hotel in Telford with expensive CHP systems. Test showed savings in fuel used of 29%
• Brighton & Hove Council - Hove Civic Centre. Test demonstrated a saving of just over 25%
• Parkside Hospital - Two systems in the main hospital buildings in Wimbledon. Tests demonstrated an overall saving of 17.5%.
• Somerfields Stores - Nine stores. Tests showed savings ranging from 19% to over 50%.
