The existing heating system already had a Staefa BMS with step control and optimum on/off. Our system was tested for 64 days.

  • The test showed a saving of 28.8% in heating fuel used.
  • The heating cost was £13,000 per annum.
  • The saving in the cost of heating fuel is therefore £3,744 per annum.
  • The return on capital exceeded 100%.
