Energy & Environmental Systems Save Energy For Hospitals Without Any Disruption Or Loss Of Performance Whatsoever

Energy & Environmental Systems have successfully installed and tested their intelligent central heating boiler control systems in hospitals as diverse as St Christopher's Hospice, Newham General Hospital and the London Heart Hospital.

In these particular cases controlled monitored tests were conducted which showed saving in heating fuel used of over 20%, 25% and 23% respectively. In all cases the hospitals recovered the cost of the systems inside 12 months or less ­ and the saving in fuel costs each year releases substantial sums to be spent elsewhere.

The savings in fuel costs at all three hospital will exceed £30,000 per annum. The total investment in our systems for all three hospitals was £14,000.

Rob Bradley, the maintenance manager, at the London Heart Hospital, who said "Energy & Environmental Systems installed a system in our main boiler room, without any disruption to the hospital services. The system was then tested over a period of 30 days and showed savings in gas consumption for heating and hot water of 23%.
