Care Home Division

The cutting-edge eco-eclipse boiler energy management system is proven to reduce fuel costs and CO2 emissions without compromising comfort.

These systems are installed and saving money and fuel in Care Homes run by Barchester Healthcare, Leonard Cheshire Disability, London Borough of Camden, Keychange Charity, Sanctuary Care, ExtraCare, St Christopher’s Hospice, Notting Hill Housing, Somerset Care, Brendoncare, Central & Cecil and Prime Life, amongst others.

The eco-eclipse system delivers typical savings, in both fuel and CO2, of over 20%,  even sometimes exceeding 35%.  Vitally, this is without any loss of performance or comfort - and with a fast payback and well above average return on capital employed.

Easily installed and unobtrusive, the eco-eclipse unquestionably offers the best value for money in comparison to conventional systems.  It is unique because for one very low price it provides guaranteed energy saving, with innovative remote PC communications and system management included as standard.

We have formed a division specifically to work with Care Homes, developing software to meet their particular requirements.

For Care Homes, the eco-eclipse will:

  • Efficiently manage both heating and hot water systems and provide thermal disinfection and acclimatisation;
  • Help in meeting obligations to prevent Legionnaires’ disease by constantly monitoring the cold water and hot water temperatures;
  • Enable the boiler systems’ performance to be viewed and checked on the eco-eclipse’s own LCD monitor or on an offsite computer through the remote PC communications system and software;
  • Make a major contribution to the certification of an acceptable energy performance of public buildings
