They hold the Investor in People accreditation and their training company holds the Matrix quality mark. After installation Energy & Environmental Systems tested the performance of the eco-eclipse. The results were a saving of 35.4%. Somerset Care were obviously pleased with this level of performance, but also very satisfied that they have also reduced their Carbon Footprint by the same percentage. Mindful of Energy & Environmental Systems Ltd unrivalled experience of boiler house management and systems Somerset Care also asked E&E to provide a technical assessment of the equipment in the boiler room with regard to efficiency and operability. As a result of this review, our Technical Manager Dave Stow and Maintenance Manager Brian Dyke of Somerset Care are now working on a programme to review other homes within the Somerset Care estate and to install the eco-eclipse into them. In addition to the original installation, eco-eclipse systems are now installed in two more sites: Wyndham House, Minehead and Morehaven, Taunton.
