Keychange Charity happy to make a "Key Change"
Background:
Keychange Charity provides sheltered housing across the UK for the elderly. One of its homes is Rosset Holt, situated in Tunbridge Wells. Energy & Environmental Systems Limited were asked to survey the site and advise on how best to reduce their annual expenditure on gas. Results:
During a month long “day on, day off” test in 2007, the eco-eclipse recorded savings against the existing boiler controls of 23.0%. These savings were achieved without any loss of comfort to the residents and while temperatures were low enough for snow to fall. E&ES and Keychange Charity are now looking to provide equivalent savings for the whole of the Keychange Charity UK estate.
