Energy & Environmental Systems Limited (E&ES) is an authorised supplier to the London Borough of Camden. E&ES is currently involved in a rolling programme to install the eco-eclipse boiler management system into over 130 blocks of multi-storey residential flats of which 8 are Care Homes/Sheltered Housing.

One such site is a sheltered housing scheme of 25 one-person flats for the elderly, together with some communal facilities, at 30 Makepeace Avenue, Camden. It has an annual gas expenditure of between £11K and £12K.

An eco-eclipse boiler management system was installed in late 2007 and underwent a test of its capabilities. During a “day on, day off” test in December, the eco-eclipse at this site recorded savings against the existing boiler controls of 30.36%.
